Make ALPS your Source for Arkansas Investigations
What Investigation is right for You?
Although there are many types of investigations, sometimes a case does not fall into a specific category. If you are unsure about the type of investigation you need, please call (501) 215-9903 for a free initial consultation.
Below are brief descriptions of some of the services that are offered by ALPS.
Civil/ Criminal Investigations:
There are many kinds of civil
investigations, with some of the more common ones
being:
- Domestic surveillance, which can
include nanny cams, caregiver background checks, security
surveillance, and many other types of investigations that ensure
that you and everyone in your home remain safe.
- Workers compensation investigations,
which try to put a stop to insurance fraud.
- Background checks, which try to
determine whether those people you trust with your business or
personal life really are deserving of the faith you put in
them.
- Asset searches, which try to uncover
hidden funds and valuables owned by debtors, companies, and
individuals.
- Missing persons
investigations.
Locating missing people can be a difficult task, especially if the person is on the run, trying to skip out on
debt or evading child support obligations. ALPS private investigators will exhaust all resources in order to find the missing person.
ALPS private investigators treat every missing person case professionally. Our investigators have the expertise to get the job done,
no matter what the circumstances
- Child custody and child abuse
investigations, which attempt to uncover possible negligence and
mistreatment of minors.
- Marital investigations, which can
include everything from partner surveillance to domestic abuse
investigations, pre marital investigations, and cheating spouse
investigations.
Our investigators are experienced with both civil and criminal investigations. They have the skills and resources to expose evidence necessary to build cases.
Criminal investigations may be used to determine if a crime has taken place.
There are many kinds of criminal investigations, including fraud investigations, rape investigations, sexual crime investigations, theft investigations, kidnapping investigations, assault investigations, homicide investigations, and many others.
Although in the past many people have allowed law enforcement to conduct criminal investigations, today a growing awareness of the problems with this method has pushed many people to seek independent investigations.
Most police forces are so overwhelmed with crime and so under staffed that not all criminal investigations get the resources they need. Police will often hunt for a criminal for a while and then designate a case “cold.” A private investigator is not only exclusively dedicated to solving a case, but he or she often does not have the limitations of resources and jurisdiction that a law enforcement agency must contend with.
Other Investigation Services
Skip Tracing
Skip trace services are often used by attorneys, bail bonding companies, and business. One of our most popular reasons for skip tracing is to find a "skip" that has outstanding debt.
We often use skip tracing for an additional resource for missing persons and other investigations. Find out more about ALPS skip trace service.
GPS Tracking
A passive GPS device can record all of the whereabouts of your child's car including the address of each destination, names of streets traveled, miles driven, how long the vehicle
remained at each location and the speed of the driver. Investigators can use GPS tracking devices on company vehicles to track employee activity or by a husband or wife that suspects a cheating spouse. Data is logged over a period of time then retrieved and compiled into an easy to read report. This can be a useful source to help verify suspected activity that
otherwise would be hard or impossible to obtain by any other means. Read more on our GPS Tracking service.
Surveillance
Surveillance
There are a variety of techniques to substantiate claims of infidelity, employee theft, workman comp or insurance fraud, but surveillance is one of the most effective. It is hard to deny an indiscretion when caught on video.
Our investigators use state of the art technology to conduct video surveillance. Our private investigators are not confined to just
stationary video. Using body worn cameras, the private investigator can follow a person into stores, restaurants, offices, etc. to constantly
get evidence of their activities. Read more about Surveillance Investigations.
If you are in need of a service not listed please call to discuss your investigative needs. If we do not provide the service you need, we may be able to offer you other options or assist you in locating an agency that can help with your investigation. |
